• Senior Electrical Engineer
  Skills/Qualifications:
  Knowledge of applicable contruction codes, Project Management, Quality Focus, Attention to Detail, Emphasizing Excellence, Innovation. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  
  Responsibilities:
  * Design of electrical systems (Power, Lighting and Signal) for commercial and institutional projects.

• Senior Mechanical Engineer
  Description:
  As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be trusted to oversee and direct the production aspect of construction documents for the company projects. You will work directly with the President of the Company, both independently and over a team of engineers, designers and drafters to perform management level tasks of scheduling, coordinating and completing the production of work. Using an advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, you will be tasked to use the company staff, hardware and software to complete projects in accordance with applicable codes, regulations and client requirements.
  
  Responsibilities:
  * Project management for Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing) projects.
  * Conduct all clients meetings, manage work flow, and coordinate between clients, engineers and consultants to produce CD set which accurately meets the design intent, receives few plan check corrections, and minimizes field question and changes
  * Coordinate and work with on-site contractors to respond to RFIs
  * Plan, manage and schedule project and meetings according to priorities and workload
  * Provide for technical expertise in diversity of work
  * Initiate team work in leading by example
  * Priorities tasks in planning and scheduling
  * Problem solving on their feet in front of clients
  * Manage and lead the design and drafting staff Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor in Science in Mechanical Engineering
  * California Professional Mechanical Engineer License (P.E.) is required
  * Knowledge of HVAC plant, products and process, Energy Engineering
  * Minimum 7 years in Mechanical systems design (HVAC, Plumbing). Experience in design of educational and institutional facilities is required.
  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  * Working knowledge of AutoCAD to review and making minor modifications.
  * LEED certification is a plus.
  
  Salary: $90,000-135,000
  
  
• Autocad Operator
  Min. 2 years experience as cad operator. Prefer Electrical Cad background. Mechanical experience a plus.
  
  
• Electrical Engineer
  BS + 6 mo. Exp. Draft plans & oversee implementation of electrical systems.
